Technical Project and Quality Manager
Job Description:
In this role you will:
- Own the end-to-end testing of the Fund Order Routing service which includes capabilities built and delivered by multiple internal applications and external applications
- Need fair understanding of domain including custody clearing, settlement and safekeeping and Fund order placement and execution
- Collaborate with product and operational stakeholders to ensure that requirements are ready for test scenarios, test cases and test data to be prepared
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external teams to ensure that build is delivered and test scenarios, test cases and test data are defined and agreed for all deliverables
- Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to agree on build and test plan and timelines and input those in overall project plan
- Work with global application team to agree on the prioritization and availability of resource to complete testing activities
- Use tools like Confluence and Jira to track and monitor progress of testing activities
- Report progress, challenges, issues and concerns regarding the testing activities to the programme
- Work with stakeholders and delivery teams to manage delivery and testing progress to meet business timelines
- Have to be flexible regarding work timings as stakeholders and project team members are located in multiple regions – Hong Kong, China, India, UK, Germany, Luxembourg, Ireland.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience of supporting or leading build and testing of technology products and solutions which deliver business value
- Experience of testing technology products and solutions that rely on digital and non-digital channels
- Experience in agile software product delivery
- Experience of working with dispersed and diverse cross functional teams in an agile development process
- Consumer financial services industry experience, plus familiarity with large bank environment
- Experience in coordination, planning and execution across global teams
- Have Knowledge and understanding of SDLC and programme management principles
- Have basic knowledge and understanding of Custody Settlement and Safekeeping and Investing in different types of Funds – Mutual, Alternatives, ETF
- Have basic knowledge and understanding of SWIFT 15022 and 20022 standards for Trade and Settlement, Fund Orders and Payments
