Testing Coordinator - Riverview Academy of Math & Science

Qualifications:

• Teaching Certificate Required
• 3 + years related experience required.

• Collects, analyzes, and presents school performance data to school stakeholders.
• Supports MTSS Implementation  
• Supports in preparing items for CST Meetings
• Communicate with MTSS Coordinator
• Model MTSS policies and procedures in classroom setting.
• Maintains school data tracker.
• Support with ELL Management including Paperwork and Compliance Preparation
• Assist with Retention/Portfolios
• Facilitates/Supports PLCs when referencing MTSS or ELL Students
• Member of PSLT
• Ensures that all school and state testing protocols are followed school-wide, providing all necessary training.
• Coordinate State and District-mandated testing with related school staff.
• Facilitate the administration of testing, including acquisition of testing materials.
• Receive, inspect, count, number and distribute testing materials; package tests and manuals and prepare directives for staff for each test administration and distribute to appropriate administrators according to established schedules.
• If applicable; schedule and prepare all Cambridge and Advanced Placement testing. Review assessments and schedule all retakes for high school students. Review high school students’ schedules for accuracy of placement.
• Inspect testing materials and maintain the security of testing materials, related data, and confidential student information.
• Attend CSA and district training to keep current with compliance and State regulation issues for State-mandated testing; consult staff regarding compliance with State regulations.
• Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the Director/Principal may from time-to-time assign.
