The Test Site Manager manages and operates test facilities for evaluating products and systems, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Direct daily operations at the Texas Test Site, coordinating with T&E engineers, logistics, and others.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive site efficiency, manage space usage, and champion continuous improvement.
  • Address site issues by collaborating with stakeholders, fostering a productive work environment.
  • Lead and execute operational and workplace projects, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
  • Plan and oversee both internal team and external client events to ensure professional execution.
  • Monitor test site supplies and equipment, maintaining necessary inventory levels.
  • Communicate effectively with employees about changes and updates in the workplace and test site.
  • Oversee a team of coordinators; maintaining team efficiency and high-quality management.
  • Ensure optimal management and availability of demonstration and deployment inventory.
  • Develop vendor relationships and manage partnerships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 20%, for site support and management duties.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage resources and relationships effectively.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret-Level security clearance promptly.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a track record of operational excellence and strategic insight to address complex workplace issues.
  • Skilled in leveraging data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and measurable workplace enhancements.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
  • Embody a high level of ownership coupled with a humble approach, focused on outcomes and possessing the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail with a steadfast commitment to full compliance with all company policies and regulatory mandates.
  • Experienced in overseeing multiple locations and adept at resolving intricate, cross-functional problems with a people-centric approach.
  • Proven project management experience in technical environments, capable of leading projects and collaborating effectively with Test Engineers and diverse teams.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent, or a high school diploma with a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working with DoD and DoE test ranges
  • Background in counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (cUAS), Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), or other autonomous flight test programs
US Salary Range
$95,000$115,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
