We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in managing end-to-end testing activities for complex IT projects. The ideal candidate will lead test planning, execution, defect management, stakeholder communication, and quality governance while ensuring successful project delivery and adherence to testing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage project Test Strategy, Test Plans, and testing schedules.
- Lead SIT, UAT, Regression, and other testing phases across project lifecycles.
- Drive defect management, triage discussions, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate testers, business users, and automation teams.
- Collaborate with Test Automation teams to expand regression coverage.
- Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and project readiness.
- Ensure compliance with organizational testing standards and governance.
- Act as the primary testing point of contact for project stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager in complex IT projects.
- Strong experience in Test Management, Defect Management, SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Tricentis qTest and Tosca (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in SAP environments and business processes.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and ITIL processes.
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification preferred.
- Azure and Tricentis certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
