The Test Lead will oversee end-to-end testing for Core Banking projects, including test strategy, planning, automation, Non-Functional Requirements (NFR), and delivery ownership. The role requires deep expertise in Temenos T24 (Transact) and strong leadership in driving testing excellence.
Experience Required:
- 10+ years in test leadership (Private Banking preferred)
Key Skills:
- Mandatory: Expert in Temenos Transact (T24) implementation, Private Banking domains.
- Preferred: Automation (Selenium), DevOps, Agile tools.
Domain Expertise:
- Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Structured Products, Treasury, Accounting, SWIFT, Regulatory Reporting
Key Responsibilities:
Functional / Technical:
- Lead functional, regression, automation, and NFR testing for large-scale Temenos T24 implementations in Private Banking.
- Define test strategy, scope, and plan by analyzing business requirements and system specifications.
- Manage test design, data, environments, automation, defect tracking, and test closure.
- Ensure seamless integration testing for T24 modules, COB processing, SWIFT (MT/MX), and regulatory reports.
- Drive financial accounting validation across asset classes (Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions, Derivatives, Forex, Treasury, Lending, etc.).
- Collaborate with BA/Dev teams to enhance upstream quality (requirements, design, code).
- Expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and tools like JIRA/Confluence.
- Knowledge of test automation (Selenium), DevOps, and Java is a plus.
