Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an additional Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. Position Overview:
The Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by handling a high volume of inbound calls, accurately routing callers, and efficiently scheduling and managing service appointments.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist:
- Provide consistently outstanding service to internal and external guests by setting a professional, guest-focused first impression.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally in a high-volume environment.
- Gather caller information, identify needs, and route calls to the appropriate dealership, department, or individual.
- Use active listening and problem-solving skills to resolve routine caller needs; escalate calls according to guidelines when management is requested, a complaint requires follow-up, or a request falls outside standard procedures.
Required Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Spanish-speaking is required).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and clear, courteous verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist:
- 6 months – 2 years of customer service, receptionist, or call center experience is preferred.
- Automotive industry or guest service experience
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma is required.
