• Focus on productivity and quality improvement. The key factor such as OEE, PPM in test quality, RTM (Real Time Yield Monitoring), hold lot cycle time, scrap cost saving and etc.
• Ensures all products meet quality and customer performance standards through automated test equipment methods.
• Understanding of standard concepts of circuit analysis, basic electronic measurement techniques and create the new methodology for productivity and quality improvement.
• Interacts with internal customers such as wafer sort engineer, product engineer, design engineer, TOT team, Test development engineer, FA team for the improvement.
• Analyzes device test performance by using lean and six sigma to improve the responsible area.
• Provides regular progress report
