- Work closely with internal and offshore teams to develop and implement test processes and systems into existing production environment.
- Design test process and create work instruction.
- Improve yield, efficiency, and cycle time (HPU).
- Drive automation and eliminate manual tasks.
- Develop new and modify existing test hardware and software to meet product requirements.
- Analyze, debug, and recommend corrective actions for test related issues on manufacturing floor.
Requirements
- Bachelors in telecommunication, electrical engineering or related field.
- At least 2 years experience with Test Engineering in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge on circuit diagram and electronic component.
- Experience on Measurement System Analysis (MSA), GR&R and Correlation.
- Data analysis and report preparation skills.
- Track record of delivering innovative solutions to challenging problems.
- C# and LabView programming, test automation, Minitab/JMP skills is a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, leadership, and teamwork.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and occasional overseas travel.
- Written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability for creative thinking.
