Deine Aufgaben:
- Sicherstellung und Umsetzung der kundenbezogenen Leistungs- und Qualitätsanforderungen
- Erstellung von Pflichtenheften und Aufbaudokumentationen
- Fachliches Führen von Mitarbeitern und Sicherstellung der vollständigen Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten anhand des Pflichtenheftes
- Abwicklung und Durchführung von Crashversuchen mit der Verantwortung vorgegebene Budget-, Stunden- und Terminvorgaben einzuhalten
- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Kommunikation in Bezug auf die Auftragsabwicklung mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern
- Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit der Versuchskoordination zwecks optimaler Ressourcennutzung
- Auswertung und Bewertung der Versuchsergebnisse
- Erstellung von Versuchsberichten und Ergebnispräsentation
Wonach wir suchen:
- Ingenieur, Techniker oder Meister der Fachrichtung Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder Elektrotechnik
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Passive Safety - vorzugsweise im Bereich Safety/Crash
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der technischen Dokumentation
- Sie sind zeitliche flexibel (Bereitschaft zu Früh- und Spätschicht)
Deine bevorzugte Qualifikationen:
- Ein hohes Maß an Leistungsbereitschaft, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein sorgfältiger, eigeninitiativer und verantwortungsvoller Arbeitsstil mit analytischem Denkvermögen
