Job Responsibilities
Software Testing
- Execute smartphone system testing, including:
- Network adaptation field tests (2G/3G/4G/5G)
- Localization tests (system OS testing/third-party app compatibility testing)
- Operator pre-tests
- Ensure testing quality and take responsibility for test results.
User Experience Improvement
- Explore local user scenarios in Spain and assist in refining differentiated testing strategies.
- Collect and identify local user habits and cultural differences (including customs and taboos) and propose improvements to optimize user experience.
Market Issue Technical Support
- Provide technical support for market complaints, assist in verifying and analyzing issues.
- Participate in problem identification and resolution to ensure fast response and improvement.
Other Tasks
- Perform other technical tasks as required by project or business development needs..
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Master’s student, preferably in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Information, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).
- Residing in Madrid and passionate about smartphone field testing.
- Basic knowledge of 3GPP specifications for 3G/4G/5G technologies.
- Log analysis and debugging skills.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn common logging tools: QxDM, QCAT, Wireshark, NLT, ELT.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
