We are looking for experienced Test Engineer to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver engineering services for sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. This enterprise infrastructure integrates with diverse local and global wide area network infrastructure. Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. This is a fast paced, challenging, and career rewarding experience to recruit and develop provide top talent and solutions on one of the most complex and high profile programs within this community.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
A minimum of 12 years' relevant experience is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing Test procedures:
    • Creating test procedures for current set of backlog items: system, functional, regression, defining tests for backlog items; estimating tasks needed for creating manual tests; and assessing candidates to automate for regression tests
  • Developing and executing software test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Integration, Migration, Regression, and/or Performance testing
  • Supporting independent User Acceptance Testing
  • Active participation in Agile Scrum sprint planning, artifact creation, sprint testing, regression testing, demonstrations and retrospectives and solution releases.
  • Perform 508 compliance testing
  • Applying electronic theory and related knowledge, usually under the direction of engineering staff, to design, build, repair, calibrate, and modify electrical components, circuitry, controls, machinery for subsequent evaluation and use by engineering staff in making engineering design decisions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team of very strong personalities in a very dynamic environment
  • Highly mission oriented
  • Candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Willing to "go the extra mile" in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements are met.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Demonstrated experience working well with large diverse teams, alone and with mission partners as required.

  • Strong understanding of Customer environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly paced environment.
  • Experience in Customer's Project Management Framework.
  • Ability to Incorporates/Implement changes to schedule
  • Project Organization/tracking
  • Experience with test environments run on AWS and Linux is preferred


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
