The Embedded Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of embedded software engineers while providing mentorship and guidance. ResponsibilitiesShould have experience in handling overall Test/V&V Activities for Mechanical/Electromechanical/Embedded Products.
Should have experience in handling variety of tests functional, reliability, certification, environmental test.
Should have experience in handling team of 10-15 people.
Should have experience in managing large lab infrastructure (maintenance, operation and new lab development).
Should have experience in working with X-Functional Teams to drive common objective on quality, cycle time and customer satisfaction.
Should have experience in working with external vendors on resource augmentation.
Should have experience in running activities with strong test process.
Should have experience in developing Test Jigs, Automation Fixtures, Test Automation for Embedded and Software.
Should be effective communicator, should have experience with global counter parts.
Should have experience in coming with larger strategy for group and also deploying same and demonstrate outcomes.
QualificationsCandidate should have minimum 12+ Years of Experience.
