Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring that testing efforts are predictive and intelligent. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing objectives with organizational goals is a key aspect, alongside overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge testing solutions that elevate the quality standards across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and ensure alignment with quality objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate testing processes with development and operations teams.
- Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Axway Specialized Tools.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable test automation solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing approaches.
- Familiarity with quality engineering principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test design and execution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Axway Specialized Tools.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
