Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring that testing activities are executed with precision and reliability. This position requires continuous monitoring and refinement of testing workflows to uphold high standards of control, accuracy, and data integrity throughout the software development process. Collaboration with various teams to align testing strategies and deliver robust automation frameworks is also a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve testing efficiency.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to robotic process automation.
- Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test cases to validate software functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and testing environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration tools to support automated testing workflows.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
