As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our team's success. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing test automation strategies to enhance the quality and efficiency of our software development processes. Responsibilities
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks and strategies.
  • Execute end-to-end automation tests and scale testing scenarios.
  • Integrate test automation into the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure resilience and stability through chaos engineering techniques.
  • Manage and maintain test environments, including remote hardware and cloud-based platforms.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify testable requirements.
  • Analyze and report test results, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test automation.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on test automation practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering.
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud, kubernetes and AI is a plus.
  • Experience with distributed systems and resilience testing.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and remote hardware management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry advancements.
