• Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
• Define automation architecture standards, tools, and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies.

• Collaborate with DevOps, development, and product teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define KPIs and metrics for automation effectiveness
• Mentor QA engineers on automation practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to automation standards.
• Lead automation initiatives across multiple projects and teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools.
