Job DescriptionThe role is focused on designing, preparing, executing, and validating business tests within projects, ensuring quality standards and project objectives are met.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and prepare test scenarios according to project requirements and established standards.
- Maintain and document test cases and test subjects in dedicated testing tools.
- Create, validate, and communicate all testing deliverables within the assigned scope.
- Prioritize test activities and ensure proper test coverage.
- Execute tests, record results, and provide input for Go/No-Go decisions.
- Monitor progress and communicate risks, delays, or quality concerns to the Test Lead and management.
- Identify, log, prioritize, and support the resolution of defects and anomalies.
- Participate in retesting and validation after issue correction.
- Contribute to project reports, testing documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Follow BNP Paribas Cardif standards, testing procedures, and service culture principles.
- Participate in workshops and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education & Background
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of project methodologies.
- Knowledge of software testing principles (ISTQB).
- Experience in banking or insurance projects is a plus.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing.
- Ability to create and manage test plans and schedules.
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and following up on risks.
- Ability to organize work and manage priorities.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- 5+ years of testing experience.
- Experience with Octane.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with API testing.
- Knowledge of SAS.
- Experience with Control-M or other scheduling tools.
- Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to follow established processes and methodologies.
Language
- French.
