The Role: Territory Sales Representative (In-Home Sales)

As a Territory Sales Representative based out of our Fort Madison, IA office, you will:

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold calling, no prospecting)
  • Travel throughout Fort Madison and the surrounding communities to provide in-home consultations
  • Use a proven diagnostic and sales process to identify foundation, basement, and structural needs
  • Lead confident, high-trust conversations that guide homeowners to solutions
  • Deliver exceptional service by doing what’s right for every homeowner

      • 3–5 years of sales experience preferred (outside sales, in-home sales, or consultative sales)
      • Competitive, driven, and motivated by results and income potential
      • Strong communicator who excels in face-to-face sales conversations
      • Coachable and adaptable, able to follow a proven playbook
      • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

      Skills Required

      • 3-5 years of sales experience (outside, in-home, or consultative)
      • Strong face-to-face communication and consultative selling skills
      • Coachability and ability to follow a proven sales playbook
      • Competitive, results-driven mindset motivated by income potential
      • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory for in-home consultations
      • Successful completion of background check
