This role is expected to be in the field, meeting with dealers, architects, contractors, and customers, approximately 3-4 days per week.

Essential Functions:

Opportunity & Activity Management

  • Prioritize and actively manage the top 10 territory opportunities each month, maintaining a rolling three-month revenue projection
  • Build relationships with client buying influences to advance the sales process and position Euroline as the preferred brand
  • Qualify and assign incoming leads to dealers within 24 hours, then track progress through the sales cycle

Dealer Development & Management

  • Deliver Dealer Training 101 and 102 on a bi-annual basis, and educate dealer representatives on Euroline products to raise quote quality and close rates
  • Set annual revenue goals with account ownership and management
  • Review quoting and closing progress quarterly to keep action plans on track
  • Engage in dealer marketing efforts, including selling product displays and placing point-of-purchase materials in retail showrooms
  • Enroll new dealers, with Director approval, when doing so will grow overall sales results in the assigned territory

Architectural Development

  • Develop direct relationships with architects, managing Euroline's specification activity and identifying opportunities to convert architects currently specifying competing brands
  • Conduct a minimum of two architectural presentations per month to architects and designers, expanding brand awareness and specification opportunities
  • Engage and train dealer representatives to present Euroline products to architects, extending the company's reach beyond direct calls

  • Follow the order submittal process and maintain accurate client account management
  • Serve as a Euroline brand ambassador, representing the company's mission and core values internally and externally

Core Values & Conduct

  • Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality in accordance with company policy
  • Uphold Euroline's core values - Do the Right Thing, Seek to Understand, Care for One Another, and Lead with Humility - in all work and interactions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
