If you’re a customer-focused, empathetic sales professional passionate about personalized pet care, we want to hear from you. Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional care for animals and those who care for them through personalized products and exceptional experiences. As a key player in our growth, you’ll manage relationships with veterinary practices across the New York, helping expand our impact.

This is a remote role, and candidates should be located in or able to work within the Eastern Time Zone.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 300+ veterinary accounts in one of Mixlab’s New York territory.
  • Exceed sales goals through strategic territory management, prospecting, and relationship building.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from outreach to onboarding to account management.
  • Engage with potential clients (veterinary hospitals, clinics, and animal care facilities) through outbound calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Conduct needs analyses and present Mixlab’s personalized compounding solutions through in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Lead web-based demonstrations of Mixlab’s proprietary software for new customers.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Mixlab’s offerings and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements related to veterinary compounding.
  • Collaborate on sales and marketing materials while identifying opportunities for product expansion.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM tools and track opportunities.
  • Represent Mixlab at trade shows and industry events, qualifying new leads.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant Sales/Marketing role. Experience in the veterinary industry is a plus
  • Experience demonstrating success in a full cycle sales role from prospecting to activation to account management.
  • Proficient in Google Suite products and other common business applications.
  • Experience managing a pipeline within CRM software tools; experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, including email outreach, cold calling, and meeting facilitation.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Highly results-driven with the grit and determination to exceed goals.
  • Exceptionally organized, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
  • Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude
  • Love animals and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of animals, their owners, and veterinary health professionals.

What We Pffer:

  • 100% employer-paid health, dental and vision insurance for our employees, effective on the first of the month following your start date
