As a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) at Mood, your mission is to bring the world of cannabis to life with the retail community in your given territory. Requirements: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each & all essential duties satisfactorily.   • 3 years of sales and account management experience, 5 years preferred. Prior sales experience in the local cannabis, alcohol, tobacco or beverage (CPG) industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Tech Savvy: Salesforce, CRM, Google Suite, MS Suite
  • Ability to manage & communicate syndicated data and sales performance top line and drill down
  • Results-driven, problem solver, self motivated, goal-oriented attitude!
  • Attention to detail in retail sales, with strong time & priority management skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations with large and small audiences
  • Reliable transportation for daily in-person territory management, store visits, marketing events etc.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and have working knowledge or local and national compliance laws for the legal sales and distribution of hemp/cannabis products.
  • Above average math & negotiating skills. Must be highly effective selling premium-priced consumer goods; we are looking for brand builders, not commodity brokers.
  • Applicants must hold or be able to obtain all state required Hemp/Cannabis working permits, licenses, and certifications if required.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report. A valid driver’s license and fully functional automobile are required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: strong compensation with exceptional bonuses and commissions
    • $65,000 to $120,000 / (150K) 
    • Monthly Commission based on team performance.
