The Role

Field Sales Territory Lead 

Field based covering East Lothian and Fife

Salary circa £60,000 (base salary + uncapped commission)

THE TEAM


As a Field Sales Territory Lead, you will be the driving force behind our local sales activity. You’ll support and coach your team day-to-day, build excitement around the GoFibre brand, and ensure we’re consistently delivering strong results and exceptional customer interactions. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re an energetic sales leader who loves being out in the field, supporting your team and celebrating their success.
 

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON


  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of field sales executives to exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver on-the-ground coaching, mentoring and performance management.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training of new team members.
  • Work with the wider regional and marketing teams to plan and optimise territory activity.
  • Ensure all team members operate with integrity and provide outstanding customer experiences.
  • Analyse performance metrics and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Uphold GoFibre’s values and brand reputation in every customer interaction.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE


  • Previous experience in field sales leadership (telecoms, utilities or similar is a bonus).
  • Experienced sales coach and motivator, helping teams to hit and exceed targets.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a positive, resilient mindset.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence.
