The Role

What Impact Will You Make in This Role?
As a Territory Manager at Vivacity Tech, your primary responsibility will be driving territory growth through strategic planning and execution. You will develop and communicate growth strategies aligned with the vision set by the National Sales Manager. Continuous learning and development are key aspects of this role, as you will receive ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills and align with company strategies. Maintaining accurate CRM data and proactive follow-up with accounts are crucial for success. You will also lead contract negotiations within your territory.
This is a hybrid position in Saint Paul, MN. You must be located in the Saint Paul, MN area. This position is NOT remote.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:

  • Develop and execute a yearly account growth and maintenance plan within your assigned territory.
  • Efficient task management and organization using HubSpot or similar tools.
  • Maintain and organize pipeline data to ensure accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with customers and OEM representatives.
  • Spearhead contract negotiations and management within the territory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the National Sales Manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and provide support.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-stress environment.
  • Proficient with Google Suite or similar software; ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to team goals.

What Education and Experience Levels Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • EdTech Sales experience preferred
