Collectors is the leading creator of innovative technology that provides value-added services for collectors worldwide. We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record-setting collectibles, all while modernizing and digitalizing the process to further our mission of helping collectors pursue their passions. We’re always on the lookout for talented people to join our growing team.

Our services span collectible trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 3000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and France.

As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. This helps foster meaningful conversation and allows us to create an experience that closely resembles our standard working environment. Certain interview steps may take place by phone. For remote roles, and at our discretion, candidates may be asked to participate in an on-site interview as part of the final stages of the process.

We understand there may be occasional circumstances requiring accommodation and are happy to discuss them as needed. Your recruiter will be able to clarify expectations and answer any questions you have.

As Territory Manager for PSA UK, you will have responsibility for our London Receiving Center. You will head and scale a team of approximately 15 people on the ground, own the day-to-day operations, and carry P&L responsibility for the site. This is a hands-on leadership role for an entrepreneurial operator who has successfully built, run, and scaled businesses or business units before. You will be responsible for building a high-performing local team, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sustainable growth — while operating within a highly collaborative, international organization.

You will report directly to the General Manager, Europe, and work closely with European and US-based leadership teams across Operations, Product, Marketing & Finance.

Onsite Requirement:

This role requires you to be onsite in the office 4 days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Accountable for  a team of 15+ employees across operations, customer intake, logistics, and support functions

  • Hold full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and performance tracking

  • Ensure efficient, scalable, and compliant receiving, processing, and outbound workflows

  • Build and maintain a strong performance culture focused on quality, speed, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement

  • Hire, onboard, and develop talent as the operation scales

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, UK & Operations Lead to support growth initiatives, campaigns, and local partnerships

  • Collaborate with US and European teams to align on standards, processes, systems, and best practices

  • Act as the senior on-site leader and key point of contact for internal stakeholders, partners, and vendors

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs processes, and company policies

  • Support Operations by identifying operational risks and proactively implement mitigation plans

Who You Are

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and sometimes ambiguous environment

  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and execution-focused — able to balance strategy with day-to-day operations

  • Strong understanding of how to build processes, structure teams, and scale operations sustainably

  • Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Background in logistics, operations, e-commerce, marketplaces, collectibles, or regulated environments is a plus

  • Knowledge of the trading card or collectibles ecosystem is a strong advantage, but not required
