We're looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to own and grow a dealer network across the Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio markets. You'll be the face of Wireless Masters in your territory — recruiting new dealers, strengthening existing partnerships, and equipping your network with the tools, training, and support they need to sell more.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with real earning potential. You'll have the autonomy to run your territory like a business while being backed by a team that wants you to win.

What You'll Do
  • Build and manage relationships with prepaid wireless dealers across your territory, serving as their primary point of contact
  • Train and educate dealers on Wireless Masters' full product portfolio, including Simple Mobile, Verizon Prepaid, and other leading brands
  • Recruit new dealers to expand market coverage and grow territory revenue
  • Track dealer performance, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Communicate promotions, product updates, and incentive programs to keep dealers informed and engaged
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve dealer issues and ensure a best-in-class partner experience
Travel Expectations

This role is based in Houston with regular overnight travel to Dallas and San Antonio. You should expect to be in the field nearly every day, visiting dealer locations, attending meetings, and building on-the-ground relationships. A car allowance is provided.

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

Required

  • 2+ years of sales, territory management, or account management experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close
  • Comfortable engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds and business types
  • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle
  • Self-starter who can manage a schedule and territory independently

Preferred

  • Experience in field or territory sales
  • Familiarity with the prepaid wireless industry
  • Knowledge of the Houston, Dallas, or San Antonio markets
