The Role

Is This You?

You're two to five years into B2B sales and you're good at it, but you're not done proving it. You're competitive, coachable, and wired for relationships. You know what disciplined prospecting looks like because you've done it. You follow up. You walk into rooms and start conversations that matter.

You don't need handholding, but you want structure and coaching from people who've actually sold. You want your name on a leaderboard you respect, and you're willing to earn it.

You want to be out in the Nashville business community at events, associations, boardrooms selling something that genuinely helps the companies you work with grow.

What You'll Own

You're responsible for building a net-new pipeline from the ground up. This is a hunting role. You build the pipeline. We give you the tools, the coaching, and a product that no one else in the market has.

  • Identify and pursue growing businesses in the 50 to 250 employee range across Nashville and the Southeast
  • Attend industry events, charity outings, local associations, and conferences as a visible representative of Stringfellow
  • Run discovery meetings with owners, COOs, and CFOs that uncover real business risk and growth friction
  • Present ProSafeIT in terms leaders care about: productivity, margin, reduced risk, and operational stability
  • Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and keep deal momentum high from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Collaborate with our consulting team to hand off new clients smoothly and protect the relationship long-term

What You Bring

  • Two or more years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of creating new client relationships
  • Confidence selling to business leadership: owners, COOs, CFOs, and operations managers
  • Familiarity with structured sales frameworks (Sandler, Jeb Blount, or similar)
  • Strong communication across phone, video, and in-person settings
  • Discipline with CRM use, follow-up, and pipeline ownership
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo is a plus
