As a Technical Account Manager at Tencent Cloud, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key accounts, leveraging your deep understanding of their business scenarios to provide tailored solutions using Tencent Cloud products. You will address technical issues, optimize business structures, and assist in expanding operations, maintaining close communication with clients to gain insights and suggest improvements. Proactively anticipating and mitigating potential technical problems, you will resolve complex issues related to networks, load balancing, servers, and databases. This role requires a high level of responsibility and collaboration, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and support in a dynamic environment.
- Possess a deep understanding of business scenarios for key accounts to align with Tencent Cloud products and solutions. Assist customers in resolving technical issues, optimizing business structures, and expanding operations.
- Maintain close communication with key accounts to identify pain points and suggest product improvements. Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and product experience.
- Provide proactive services to foresee and prevent technical problems. Efficiently address and resolve technical issues related to networks, load balancing, servers, databases, and more.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field. Relevant public cloud certifications are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in public cloud technical roles with direct client-facing experience.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux systems and TCP/IP protocols.
- Proficiency in using troubleshooting tools for analysis and performance tuning.
- Expertise in DNS, Load Balancing, CDN, databases, security attack and defense, disaster recovery architectures, and high concurrency optimization.
- Experience in audio/video technologies, SDK R&D, DevOps, big data, AI, Tencent Cloud Engine (TCE), and Docker is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin at a business level is highly preferred.
