- Support the product team in product planning and design, including feature definition, user flow, and interaction design, under the guidance of senior product managers.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Assist in drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and related documentation to clearly communicate product goals and functionality.
- Participate in product operations and go-to-market support activities, including internal enablement and basic product promotion efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, and operations to support product iteration and delivery.
- Final-year undergraduate or graduate student majoring in technology, management, economics, computer science, or related disciplines, with a clear interest in pursuing a product management career.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.
- Genuine interest in product design, user experience, and how products create business value.
- Familiar with common product tools such as Microsoft Office, prototyping tools, and basic flowchart or wireframing software.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese Mandarin to support communication with China-based stakeholders and documentation work.
- Prior internship experience in B2B products, SaaS, or platform-based products is a plus but not mandatory.
