Tencent Cloud is expanding its reach in the Thailand market, and we are looking for a Solution Architect Intern to be based in Shenzhen. You’ll support our regional solution architecture team in delivering cutting-edge cloud solutions tailored to industry use cases in Thailand. This role offers a rich, hands-on experience in cloud architecture planning, customer engagement, and technical enablement—with a pathway to a full-time role in Thailand for outstanding interns.Responsibilities
- Assist in crafting technical cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS) that meet the demands of clients across industries in Thailand.
- Participate in requirement analysis, solution proposal writing, and project follow-ups during the delivery phase.
- Collaborate with senior architects to create industry-specific documentation integrating Tencent Cloud’s ecosystem offerings.
- Join internal training and product enablement sessions, helping onboard local partners and share best practices.
- Conduct market research to support feedback loops between customers and product teams for continuous solution enhancement.
- Learn to identify architecture gaps and propose high-availability designs (e.g., multi-zone, active-active setups).
- Final-year undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Able to commit to a 6-month full-time internship in Shenzhen, with intent to join Tencent Cloud Thailand upon successful completion.
- Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, and system architecture.
- Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin, Thai and English
- Passion for cloud solutions, customer success, and applying technology to solve business problems.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills. Prior exposure to Tencent Cloud or equivalent platforms is advantageous.
