Tencent Cloud is seeking a skilled and driven Middleware Product Solution Architect to join our team in Singapore. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about middleware technologies such as message queues and microservices. You will play a key role in supporting pre-sales engagements, crafting tailored cloud-native solutions for clients, and providing valuable product feedback to enhance Tencent Cloud’s middleware offerings.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales support for middleware solutions, including architecture design, product demos, usage guidance, and pricing estimation to support business acquisition and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain high-quality solution assets, such as architecture templates, industry-specific use cases, technical whitepapers, and best practices documentation.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom-fit middleware solutions across various industries.
- Identify industry trends and common customer demands; work closely with the product team to offer structured feedback for ongoing improvement and innovation.
- Focus on middleware products such as message queues, microservices frameworks, and other cloud-native components.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is required to liaise with regional stakeholders and product teams based in China.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud computing, middleware solutions, or enterprise IT architecture, preferably with a cloud service provider or internet technology company.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
