About the Project:
The Eyre Peninsula Desalination Project will deliver a sustainable water supply to the region, supporting communities and industries. This critical infrastructure project involves complex engineering and environmental considerations, ensuring long-term water security for South Australia. ACCIONA is proud to lead this transformative initiative with a focus on innovation and sustainability.
About the Opportunity:
Based in Port Lincoln, as Temporary Works Coordinator, you will manage RFIs and design review responses, oversee temporary works activities including inspections and compliance checks, and liaise between design and construction teams. You will provide technical input on temporary works design and implementation, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This role reports to the Design Manager and offers progression opportunities into a completions role post-2026.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage and track RFIs and design review comments
  • Coordinate temporary works activities and inspections
  • Liaise between design and construction teams
  • Provide technical input on temporary works design
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication
  • Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards

Required Skills and Competencies

Capability & Experience:
  • Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant industry experience
  • Technical expertise in temporary works and design
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
