We are currently seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist - Privileged to join our team. In this role, you will recruit for various commercial, federal, military and state contracts. You will work closely with a team of managers and other account team members to ensure successful contract execution and maintenance. This position is fully remote.
This position is dependent on contract award.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and build relationships with Physicians, healthcare professionals, and C-level executives to fulfill client expectations by hiring top talent.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet and exceed assigned staffing goals.
- Draft and post job positions through various job boards.
- Scout qualified candidates through research, cold calls and meet and greet activities.
- Maintain current status on all recruiting assignments.
- Participate in weekly meetings and/or training.
- Able to communicate professionally with executive leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in recruiting C-level executives and Physicians.
- Must have a thorough understanding of the workforce solution industry.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong computer knowledge (MS Office Suite).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding client-specific job requirements.
