What You'll Do:
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet resident care needs and regulatory requirements
- Communicate schedule changes promptly to staff and department managers
- Manage and track employee time-off requests, shift swaps, and call-outs
- Collaborate with department heads to plan staffing for holidays, vacations, and special events
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, overtime, and staffing patterns
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
- Clear verbal and written communication in English (required)
- Previous scheduling experience in a healthcare setting required (preferred)
- CNA certification (required)
- 3+ months of CNA experience in long-term care (preferred)
