Job Description
We're looking for a Temporary Occupancy Specialist/Resident Resolutions Coordinator (3-4 months) who will focus on Occupancy Specialist training to work at our Foxchase Apartment Homes located in Alexandria, VA. Take look at them here: foxchaseofalexandriaapts.com
This position is located in an affordable community that is covered by government regulations.
A bit more about what you'll do...
- Making appointments, receiving and screening visitors and telephone calls using a telephone script.
- Maintaining and controlling confidential files and records.
- Preparing leases for occupancy and making initial computation of rents and monthly payments according to authority policy.
- Reviewing applications and interviews applicants for housing.
- Maintains the waiting list of applicants for housing and determines applicant eligibility.
- Maintaining continuing compliance and resident relations, upholding all fair housing principles, and applying the unique Program rules correctly including the student, unit transfer, unit vacancy and available unit rules.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of related experience.
- Generally has specific experience in the regulatory occupancy field.
- Certified Occupancy Specialist preferred, though not required
Additional Information
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:
- Expected pay rate of $22 - $28 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
Candidates extended an offer will be required to undergo a four-panel drug screening that excludes marijuana testing.
