Job Description
We are hiring a Temporary Marketing Projects Specialist to join our centralized Marketing team!
Where You Will Work
You will be based at our corporate headquarters located in the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO! AIR values relationships and the mutual benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this is an in-office, on-site five days per week opportunity.
What You Will Do

  • Support marketing strategies and programs with goal of improving advertising effectiveness and increasing demand for apartment rental.
  • Enhance marketing content and message among various mediums including web, print, phone, email and point-of-sale.
  • Create reports, analyze data and communicate findings for marketing programs; make recommendations based on data.
  • Rely on experience and independent judgment to manage small- to mid-sized projects and contribute significantly to large projects.
  • Use discretion and independent judgment and be responsible for coordinating with other team members to meet project goals.
  • Proactively communicate and direct/recommend new approaches to solving problems, more efficient project management and new marketing concepts.
  • Research and test marketing concepts related to web, print and sales. Work with vendors to research marketing concepts and execute programs.
  • Work with other members of marketing team to assist with time-sensitive projects.
  • Monitor business intelligence on industry and competition. Review and fulfill orders for creative advertising materials.
  • Support marketing communication efforts targeting current and future apartment residents as well as field leadership.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to accomplish project objectives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications.
  • 3-5 years work experience in related field required.


Additional Information
What We Offer

  • Expected pay rate of $30.00 - $31.00 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
