About ProBio
ProBio proactively provides end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. Genscript is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator to join our team for an approximate 12 month contract.
Job Summary:
This position will support various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation, while also spearheading recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent. This role requires a dynamic individual who can balance day-to-day HR operations with recruiting activities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
- Take ownership to open the req to start the recruitment process on to manage entire talent acquisition cycle.
- Support Performance Management Process throughout year.
- Follow up onboarding/ offboarding process for regular and temp employees
- Assist employees with HR related questions.
- Assist HR activities in respective areas.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment strategies
- Strong interpersonal communication skill with the ability to build relationship and handle sensitive issues with high degree of integrity.
- Self-motivator to solve problem and proactively approach HR and recruiting challenges.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on both generalist and recruitment functions.
