Our Irvine, CA team is seeing a temporary Administrative Assistant to support their work during tax season. We anticipate work to be available from February 1, 2026 through April 15, 2026.

This is an on-site position. We are looking for someone available 30-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. There may be opportunities for overtime as we approach Tax Day.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the pay range for this position is $19.00/hr to $21.00/hr, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. We encourage you to apply and provide us with your compensation expectations when you do. We’re big on open conversations, so, let’s have one.

Primary Job Functions

Office Administration

  • Provide office support, including typing and generating correspondence, forms, policies and general office documents. Provide support for client meetings

  • Answer telephone, screen and route phone calls, and take messages as appropriate. Set up conference calls and video conferences

  • Sort and deliver all incoming mail and deliveries

  • Handle standard correspondence as requested, including form letters and responses to requests for information

  • Support clients as they complete paperwork and provide necessary signatures

  • Keep standard forms up-to-date

  • File and scan as requested

  • Establish, maintain and comply with orderly record keeping system, ensuring maintenance of confidential account files and proper workflow

  • Support in generating reports for meetings and presentations

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, conference rooms, and kitchen

  • Under the direction of your manager, assist with various office projects as requested

Education/Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2 years of Administrative Assistant experience

  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization

  • Detail oriented, highly organized and adaptable

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite

  • CRM experience preferred

  • Business office procedures knowledge

  • Organized and able to prioritize work

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Workday a plus

WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. To comply with state pay transparency laws, we must disclose the entire salary grade. The entire salary grade for those who are classified at the individual contributor level is $42,500.00 to $63,750.00. However, the pay rate range bolded above ($19.00/hr to $21.00/hr) is what we expect to pay as a starting range for this temporary position.
