Overview:
- Il Filling&Assembling Operator è responsabile della corretta conduzione delle linee di confezionamento nel rispetto degli standard produttivi, di sicurezza e qualità.
Responsibilities:
• Conduzione linee di confezionamento nel rispetto degli standard aziendali e alle GMP cosmetiche
• Uilizzo del gestionale JET, SAP per gli ordini di produzione (materiali inclusi)
• Gestione del piano di auto campionamento e controllo degli ordini di produzione
• Gestione devices delle linee
• Compilazione puntuale delle relazioni giornaliere (LOG) relative le attività di confezionamento
• Pulizia linee di confezionamento
• Rework di prodotto finito
• Supporto nella gestione dei rifiuti industriali
• Utilizzo Excel per le verifiche delle giacenze (materiali con lotto)
• Gestione dei sistemi di trasferimento delle acque ossigenate (sistema manuale e sistema automatico)
• Preparazioni soluzioni chimiche necessarie alle produzioni
• Gestione cambio colore e cambio formato (ove possibile)
Who you are:
• Diploma di secondo grado
• Esperienza pregressa in reparti di confezionamento
Qualifications:
• Conoscenza delle GMP cosmetiche e degli standard di produzione HALAL
• Competenze organizzative
• Flessibilità e capacità nella gestione degli imprevisti
• Capacità comunicative e di lavoro di gruppo.
• Conoscenza e utilizzo dei gestionali di produzione (SAP, MES e ERP, JET)
• Conoscenza dei pericoli e dei rischi, associati alle attività svolte, e delle misure di prevenzione e protezione da adottare.
• Conoscenza delle procedure ed istruzioni gestionali ed operative per la ISO 45001, applicabili alle attività svolte.
• Conoscenza delle procedure di emergenza ed evacuazione
• Conoscenza del corretto utilizzo dei DPI di sicurezza

- Knowledge of cosmetic GMP and HALAL production standards
