Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a team of telesales agents to achieve high performance and sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to our target market.
- Monitor daily operations, team performance, and individual outcomes, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Conduct training sessions to equip the team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Maintain an open line of communication with senior management, providing insights on team performance and market trends.
- Analyze sales results and create reports to track progress against goals.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a team leadership role, preferably in telesales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for sales and education.
- Familiarity with the EdTech industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
