As the Telesales Manager, you will lead our Telesales team in driving revenue growth through effective management of inbound and outbound sales activities. You should have a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional strategic planning abilities, and the capability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.

In this role, you will :

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets;
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer
  • base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • and retention.
  • Set clear performance goals, monitor individual and team metrics, and provide regular feedback and
  • coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for
  • growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team achievements to
  • senior management.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, and coaching teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ Years of experience in a similar field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in people management;
  • Experience in digital advertising sales.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process, principles and customer service practices;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of the classifieds market and user behaviour;
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment;
