- Complete the customer voice recording/application.
- Closing a sale.
- Attaining the call centre strike rates.
- Reaching various targets.
- Ensuring that records are accurately captured and updated.
- Being compliant.
- Ensure clients are assisted and supplied with the relevant information.
- Essential: Grade 12
- Essential 3+ years of current or recent direct outbound telesales experience (i.e. cellular contracts and data and airtime, solar and renewables, lead sourcing, BPO, etc).
- Preferred: No previous South African financial services experience
