Job Purpose
Egg is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, reconfirming appointments, and setting up virtual and face-to-face meetings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Accountabilities
Inbound Calls:
- Handle customer enquiries about solar panel products and services.
- Provide information and answer questions about installation processes, pricing, and benefits.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
Outbound Calls:
- Reach out to potential customers to introduce and promote Egg Solar Panels.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Reconfirm appointments with prospective customer
Appointment Management:
- Schedule and confirm virtual and face-to-face appointments for our sales team.
- Ensure all appointments are recorded accurately in the system.
- Send reminders to customers and ensure they are prepared for their appointments.
Sales Support:
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Track and report on call activities and appointment outcomes.
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
