WHAT YOU’LL DO AT SITEBEAT

As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for closing sales deals over inbound and outbound telephone calls and maintaining good customer relationships. You will assist in generating leads for the Business Development Specialists, manage customer accounts, and promptly resolve customer complaints.

An effective Telemarketer must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You must be comfortable presenting Sitebeat’s products and services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and queries.

Prior experience in phone sales, customer relations, and online technology is preferable, but as a performance-orientated company we want the best person for the job – regardless of your experience, education, or background. So if you’re willing to learn, impress, and perform, then we want to speak to you!

This role is a 6 months contract, subject to further 12 months extension. As a successful candidate, you can expect to double or triple your base salary with a generous, uncapped commission scheme. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you can make – it’s as simple as that.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up aggressively to close deal with customers by phone

  • Update and make sure sales pipeline meet the target

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

  • Able to assist with any enquiries callers may have

  • Meet monthly individual targets based on monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Desired Skillsets/Experience

  • Minimum D3 Diploma in related field or minimum 1-2 years’ experience in telemarketing, sales, customer relations.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Have a passion and understanding of the digital space and tools (Ecommerce, Marketplaces, Social Media, Digital Marketing, e-Wallets etc.)

  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job. Experience in marketplace, ecommerce platform/industries will be an added advantage.

  • Is innovative and possess problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients

  • Willingness to learn and grow as a person.

  • Desire to generate leads and sales for the business through customer-centric communication.

  • Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English
