We are seeking a skilled and experienced Telecommunications Network Engineer – Senior (On-site, Multiple Locations) to join our team!

Telecommunications Network Engineer – Senior (On-site, Multiple Locations)

Multiple locations: Fort Belvoir, VA / Richmond, VA / Tracy, CA / Battle Creek, MI / New Cumberland, PA / Columbus, OH

Position Description:

Provides technical and administrative direction for personnel responsible for telecommunications network design, implementation, and operations tasks. Manages evaluation and cost estimation of voice and data WAN services, designs access and backbone networks, and manages analysis and design of wireless voice or data networks. Reviews work products for correctness, adherence to design concept and user standards, and progress in accordance with schedules. Prepares milestone status reports and delivers presentations on network progress.

Personnel Qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years network operations experience (higher education or military service may substitute for two years)
  • IT-I Critical Sensitive clearance; Secret clearance
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT-II
  • Cisco computing environment certificates (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) or equivalent
  • 30% of Senior Engineers (including 2 key personnel at proposal submission) must have Certified Wireless Network Administrator (CWNA) certification
  • Experience in complex applications involving all phases of telecommunications network design, implementation, and analysis
  • Experience in managing network design, evaluation, and cost estimation.
