Do you want to start your career as a Telecommunications Analyst? Then come join our Telecom Expense Management (TEM) team at Accenture! They are responsible for Accenture telecom wireline expenses and are looking for a proactive new colleague with an interest in the technologies and telecommunications area.
This role is a maternity leave cover for a limited period.
YOUR MISSION:
Create Purchase Orders in procurement systems.
Invoice management - collect, review and approve telecom invoices.
Audit and optimization of telecom charges and dispute management.
Calculate and report savings.
Communication with the telecom service providers, TEM tool provider and Accenture - internal client representatives.
Inventory management - maintenance of the client's inventory of telecom and services.
Monthly and/or ad-hoc reporting - prepare the telecom reports for client management.
Extensive use of database systems designed for telecom expense management.
Min. 1 year of relevant client delivery experience.
Proficiency in communication in English and Slovak.
User knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical and investigative skills, ability to search for information in different sources and link them.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) - communication with suppliers and team members.
Good time management and attention to detail.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Advanced knowledge of German language.
Telecom Expense Management Experience.
Procurement Support Experience.
University Degree.
