Endo Networks is a marketing company specializing in connecting brands with customers through impactful interactions. We currently have an existing vacancy and are looking for Telecom Sales Representatives to represent our client, a leading telecommunications company, in retail stores.
Your role will involve engaging customers, identifying their needs, and recommending tailored solutions to enhance their experiences.
Start Date: March 30, 2026
Salary: $22/hr + $4/hr bonus for a total of $26/hr
Responsibilities
- Actively approach and engage with customers in-store, building strong relationships and trust.
- Educate customers on services, including internet, television, and home phone services, and identify the best solutions for their needs.
- Work towards individual and team sales goals, driving revenue and contributing to the success of retail operations.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with management and other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Greet customers in a timely manner and servicing their needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for ensuring that the general operation of the store is carried out in the most professional, organized, and profitable manner possible.
- Opening and closing of the store as required.
- Other duties as required.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail or telecommunications environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping customers.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning about telecommunications products and services.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
