Role Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and articulate Telecallers to join our Sales & Marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with prospective clients generated through our social media campaigns, provide detailed information about our educational offerings, and facilitate their enrollment into our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers via outbound calls, focusing on leads generated through social media advertisements.

  • Clearly explain SpaceZone India’s courses, workshops, and project opportunities, tailoring information to the needs and interests of each lead.

  • Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the engagement.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the Database.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover and onboarding process for confirmed participants.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Exceptional verbal communication skills in [languages – e.g., English, Tamil, Hindi].

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

    • Confident in handling objections and providing persuasive responses.

    • Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Basic proficiency in MS Office and Basic Computer Skills.
