Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote financial products and services. 
- Identify client needs through effective questioning and provide tailored product recommendations. 
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system. 
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales conversions. 
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding. 
- Monitor and report on daily sales performance, call metrics, and key KPIs.

Requirements
  • 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (freshers are encouraged to apply). 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language(s) as applicable. 
  • Ability to work independently, meet daily targets, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. 
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset. 
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required. 
  • High school or equivalent qualification; graduation in any discipline is preferred.
