Responsibilities 

As part of the Renaissance Pointe YMCA team the Teen Coordinator will assist with the development, management, and delivery of high-quality programs.

  • Develop: Create and distribute program rules, guidelines, and handbooks to ensure safe and consistent program delivery.
  • Evaluate: Track participation and outcomes to help ensure program effectiveness and continuous improvement.
  • Support: Assist with marketing, participant communication, and responding to questions or concerns.

Requirements 

Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be cleared to drive a bus. 
  • Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent human relation skills and enthusiasm.
  • Basic math skills and demonstrated recordkeeping proficiency.
  • An elevated level of organization, flexibility, and ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.  

Salary: Part-time $14.40-$14.90 hour
  

Hours Available: Monday- Friday 2:00 pm-7:00 pm, Saturdays 6:00pm-11:00pm, flexible
