About the Role

DuPont is seeking a motivated, self‑driven Account Manager to support the Tedlar® sales organization across the Americas. This is an individual contributor role focused on growing existing business, winning new customers, and strengthening strategic partnerships across Industrial and Manufacturing markets.

Tedlar® Account Manager – Americas

Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid – 4 days in office)
Travel: Up to 40%
Reporting to: Global VP, Sales & Marketing

What You’ll Do

  • Grow adoption of the Tedlar® portfolio with new and existing customers

  • Manage and expand business across a diverse customer base

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline to drive short‑ and long‑term growth

  • Partner with Application Development and Sales Operations to deliver competitive solutions

  • Develop key relationships across complex value chains and customer organizations

  • Identify new business opportunities through trade shows and industry events

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

  • Translate market insights into clear account strategies and action plans

  • Own customer relationships—from technical teams to executive leadership

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and order bookings

  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms

  • Support customer satisfaction through clear, timely communication and feedback

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of sales experience

  • Independent, results‑driven approach

  • Strong ability to build and sustain customer relationships

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Experience in Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Protective Films (preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English

  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

  • Preferred location: Wilmington, DE

  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days per week onsite

Skills Required
